Small Businesses Succeed with Marketing Automation


A year ago, marketing automation was still a relatively quiet niche. There were a handful of vendors controlling the majority of the market share, but there was enough buzz to attract competition from new products, too, each desiring a piece of that market. Today, marketing automation is one of the most rapidly growing segments of the customer relationship management software industry.

Within marketing automation, small businesses are the fastest growing segment of users. To learn more about how and why that's true, Lauren Carlson at Marketing Automation Software Guide tracked down executives from three of the leading vendors in marketing automation software: Infusionsoft, HubSpot and Genoo. Each of these vendors has a strong focus on small businesses, and therefore, they're seeing a lot of the action.
